About Me

I have profound interest in Computer Science fundamentals. My primary expertise includes Java, C/C++.I have completed Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Mumbai University, India. I am pursuing Master’s degree in Information Technology Management at The Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. Currently I am a freshman having Data analytics, warehousing and business intelligence as major fields of study. I have over a year of experience as software engineer and have worked at both small startups and large organizations. I love building things. While hard engineering problems are often intrinsically fun to tackle. I'm most attracted to solving real customer problems with a business justification. I am looking for a web developer, data analyst or business intelligence analyst intern where I can take on collaborative team leadership responsibilities and gain experience with architecture and project management. I focus on front-end web development to bring the best experience to your users. I am familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub, JS, Codepen, WordPress, Bootstrap. Back in India, I worked in NGO where I assisted people in which I keenly observed their needs and helped them. I was involved in the health awareness drives in which I gave polio doses to the kids and provided information about STD to the general public. Hence, I can monitor and pay close attention to people and surroundings. I also led the teams of technical and non-technical events in the college as chief organizer. I have a friendly nature and keep motivating people around me.

    Fake job posts are everywhere, wasting time of dozens or hundreds of aspiring applicants. A single fake job posting can lead to deceitful crowd gaining a wealth of information. Some of them lead to nothing more than adding email addresses to the spam distribution lists and some of the worst cases involve actual thieves trying to cull sensitive information for deviant activities.
    Through this project, we are trying to build classification models that can help predict such fraudulent job postings.
